Join us every Friday for a 45-minute class, and learn how to row indoors.
Learn the proper set-up, the most important drills, how to keep your back healthy and how to get the most out of your training sessions.

This makes up to 5 sessions with live coaching per month.
All you need is an  rowing device and a smart phone or laptop with webcam connected to the internet.
The credentials are sent out to all members every week prior to the session by e-mail.

In order to hear us better, we recommend wireless headphones.
