Participants per camp: 4 – 6 athletes (small group camps)

Duration:  5 days, two sessions per day

Boats: Mostly single sculls. If you need to rent, we need to know well in advance. Please let us know your weight, so that we can look for an according boat. Happy to accommodate other boat classes and entire teams

Location: Ruderleistungszentrum Vienna, Austria ( parking on the island is not permitted, so we recommend to travel by bike, bus or taxi)

Who is it for: Rowers who want to compete or become competitive. 

Spot reservation: There is a limited number of spots I can offer. The camp is open for everyone. However, existing team aramtraining members or rowers who have previously participated in one of our camps will have priority. Once a spot is confirmed, it is confirmed, and you will not be removed from the list anymore.

What we will do: Technique, technique, technique across the bandwidth of all common stroke rates. We will most likely also have at least one session on the BIOROWER 

Team requests: If you would like to join as a team or reserve an entire camp for your team alone, please let us know in advance. We are able to arrange specific camps tailored to your needs. For dedicated team camps, the maximum number of participants can be higher, especially if you plan to row in team boats. 

Pricing:
Small group coaching: 1.325,- EUR / 1.590,- USD person / 5 day camp (see conditions below for details)

Optional boat rental: 400,- EUR / single scull for the entire camp

Price does not include accommodation. 
Cancellation 4 weeks prior to the start of your specific camp is free of charge except for possible credit card fees. Cancellation between 4 and 1 week before is possible at a 40% charge, any cancellation later than that or no-show does not allow for refund. Skipping sessions or leaving early is always possible, however, there will be no refund either. 
Participants are required to be able to swim and to know the basics of handling a single scull safely. We expect all participants to be healthy and fit enough for competitive rowing training and advise to undergo a medical checkup to have doctor’s clearance. Aramtraining cannot be held liable for damages, injuries or any other issues arising from rowing training or handling boat equipment. 
Boats are insured with a liability of 1.000,- EUR / 1.200,- USD per damage. Participants are liable for proper handling and care during the entire camp period.
