*The specific time zone also relates to daylight savings time changes, which are not synchronised across the globe. CET (central European time) also means that we go by CET daylight savings time changes. EST (Eastern US standard time) means that we stick to EST specific daylight savings time changes.
Basic facts:
- 45 net minutes rowing time
- one specific topic
- individual feedback throughout the session, live, as you are rowing
- recording of the session available through the aramtraining video area for members
What you need to prepare:
- phone, tablet or laptop with Zoom installed
- position your mobile device so that the camera captures you entirely from the side (straight 90° side view preferred)
- headset connected to your mobile device (so that you can hear the coach while you are rowing)
Terms and conditions
In addition to our general terms and conditions which are available here, there are a few additional, specific ones:
- Sessions not used cannot be made up for or refunded. You rightfully expect us to be ready at the beginning of a session, and so we are. If you do not join or cannot join for whatever reason, it is outside our scope of influence.
- The membership is not transferrable. You join as a person. You cannot share the spot with somebody else.
- The recordings are available here. You do not own the rights to these and cannot download them.
