A personal video analysis is one of the most effective ways to improve your technique. You will receive concrete feedback on your current issues, what to change and how to change it.
aramtraining offers professional video analysis as recorded videos with voice-over, or as (recorded) live video analysis sessions. You will receive a recording in both cases. During a live session, however, you can ask additional questions.
For either case, there are single sessions as well as subscriptions available. Subscriptions make each session significantly cheaper, sessions that have been used-up in the respective time period, cannot be claimed later, though.
This is how it works:
- Book your video analysis here and complete the payment
- Send us your video in either one of the following ways
- via any cloud service to our e-mail address specified in your order confirmation
- Upload a video to Youtube and send us the link
- We either return a video file of the analysis by we transfer to the e-mail address you provided upon order or arrange an appointment with you to meet online and discuss your rowing.
Book the optional follow-up ad-on and have a follow-up video analysis, where we focus on your improvements and where work is still needed. Alternatively, you can go for a subscription, which makes every sessions cheaper. (You can cancel on a monthly basis)
Important guidelines for proper rowing videos:
- Have yourself filmed in a 90° angle to the boat
- Either filmed from a launch or
- have someone stand on the shore / dock and film you while you are passing by
- Make sure it is daylight
- Camera shake should be avoided as much as possible
- The entire boat + blade should be well in the picture
