Protecting your personal data is important to us. Thererfore we work on the basis of DSGVO, TKG 2003 (GDRP) and its according juridisction. With this declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of how we deal with your personal data concerning your usage of our website.
Getting in contact with us
If you use our online contact form or contact us by e-mail, we store your data for 6 months to help us deal with your present inquiry and possible follow up correspondence we have with you. This data will not be forwarded to others without your consent.
Storing your data
When you shop through our web shop, please be aware that we may store personal data such as your IP data (through the use of cookies), your name, your address, your credit card details, or your phone number. We need this data to fulfill any order you may place.
These measures are needed to fulfill the contract. Without this data, this is not possible. We do not forward your data to third parties, with the exception of your credit card details which must be forwarded to the payment service provider, so that your payment can be completed. We are also obliged to forward some of your personal data to the forwarder, as well as to our accountant to meet legal obligations concerning tax, revenue and income documentation.
If a purchase process is being cancelled, all data entered to this point is deleted. In case a contract is successfully completed, we are obliged to store all according data for 7 years according to tax laws.
Data such as name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are being stored for 10 years – which corresponds with legal obligations concerning product liability. The processing of your data is done in accordance with DSGVO (GDPR) § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (required to fulfill a contract).
Cookies
Our website uses so called „cookies“. These are small text files, which are stored on your device through your web browser. These text files do not cause harm.
We use cookies to make our offers more user friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until they are deleted. They help us to identify you upon your next visit.

Web-Analysis
Our website uses web analysis services of WP Statistics by Veronalabs, 5460 West Main Street, Verona, NY 13478, USA. Data is being stored in the US. In order to perform user analysis, we are using cookies. The generated data is transferred and stored on our service provider’s servers.
You can avoid this by adjusting your browser settings in a way that cookies are not stored.
We have a contract which enables our partner to process and store data on our behalf.
Your IP-address is recorded, but made anonymous immediately by deleting the last 8 bits. Therefore, we can only make a rough estimate where you are based.
The listing of our web analysis provider is based on the Privacy Shield agreement between the European Commission and the US Gvt.
The processing of your data is done in accordance with DSGVO (GDPR) § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest).
Our desire according to the definition of DSGVO (GDPR) (justified interest) is the improvement of our services and web presence. As the privacy of our users is important to us, we use means of pseudonymization of user data.
User data is being stored for a period of 18 months.
Newsletter
You have the oportunity to register for our newsletter. For such purpose we need your e-mail address and your confirmation that you agree to receiving the newsletter.
In order to provide information which is relevant to you, we collect and use data which you voluntarily provide, such as but not limited to your gender, your birth date, your zip code.
You can cancel your newsletter registration any time. Please send your cancellation request to info@aramtraining.com We will then delete your according data immediately.
Your rights
You have the right of information, correction, deletion and limitation, transferability of data, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful, please contact us at info@aramtraining.com so that we can react. You always have the option to file a complaint to the regulating authority.
