Live Online Rowing Class – single session

Join us for one live group training session with live coaching!
Upon booking, please let us know which session you wish to join.
We recommend to book your session at least 24hours in advance to the scheduled start.

All you need is an  rowing device and a smart phone or laptop with webcam connected to the internet.
The credentials are sent out to you prior to the session by e-mail.

In order to hear us better, we recommend wireless headphones.

You can also join from your boat. We recommend to use an old phone with Zoom installed, mounted to a selfie stick and attached through an old piece of rigger to your oar lock. Use your regular phone as Wifi hotspot. This way, we can see you row from the side, and give you live feedback, even if you are on the water.
