Different technique for different intensities

If you always row with maximum stroke length it is going to be difficult to hit lower intensities effectively. After all, it is a lot about strength to endurance ratio. The lower the intensity the lower the stroke rate gets, everybody knows that, however, quite often, going for maximum stroke length prevents you from hitting the the super low intensities and thus leading to you training in the wrong zones after all. In addition, I explain how to increase your boat speed effectively and with the least possible effort.
