The 2024 and 2018 St. Pauls School’s Boys eight was (probably) the best I have ever seen. Especially the 2018 edition was. What sets them apart from everyone else is their solid focus on some of the most important principles of high performance rowing technique which are difficult to coach, yet highly effective. The @HenleyRoyalRegatta footage is excellent to show the fine details.
