Choose between a 4, 5, 6, or 7-day intensive package, featuring one or two coached sessions per day. Your training is fully flexible and can include:
- On-water sessions for technique and endurance.
- BIOROWER sessions for precise data and mechanics.
- Strength training to build rowing-specific power.
Each session provides approximately 60 minutes of net training time, including a warm-up. Boat rental is available upon request.
Why choose a private camp?
We don’t just “put in miles in large boats”; we pull every lever to advance your rowing journey. Our one-on-one, private format allows us to address your specific bottlenecks in real-time. For example, if we notice a lack of ankle mobility affecting your stroke, we can immediately pivot to on-land mobility work or adjust your boat set-up for a perfect fit.

These camps are equally effective for:
- Beginners looking to “shortcut” the learning curve and become competitively fit.
- Elite Athletes preparing for critical qualifications or major regattas.
