Daniel Noonan, the Olympic Bronze Medal Winner of London 2012 in the mens quadrupple scull (M4x) has a video of his single sculling online – so I had a thorough look and found this to be some of the very best single sculling that I have ever seen. Especially his shoulderwork is so good, copy and paste would be the best thing to do.
