Many rowers have issues because they are too loose at the finish. Loose legs, loose knees, loose core. The finish, however, is the opposite of “being done” with the drive. It is the beginning of a new stroke cycle and requires all the stability you can generate.
Helping this Junior Mens coxed quad from New Zealand finding more speed. They look great, but they are going legs to arms.
